2. Where are Monarch Lacquer products made?

All Monarch Lacquer products are proudly made in the USA in the city of Cottage Grove, Minnesota . We carefully formulate and produce our nail polishes to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

3. Do you test your products on animals?

No, we are strongly committed to being a cruelty-free brand. Monarch Lacquer does not conduct any animal testing and we ensure that all of our suppliers follow the same ethical practices.

4. What is your shipping policy?

We aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

  • Shipping Locations: Currently, we offer shipping both within the United States and Internationally.
  • Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and promotions.
  • Pre-Order Processing Time: Most pre-orders will be filled between 14-21 days from final date of pre-order sale.  Occasionally we may need extra processing time depending on volume, which will be communicated in the Facebook Fan Group and on Social Media
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Our available options may include standard shipping, UPS and Fed Ex (International Only)
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you are unhappy with your order or have received a defective product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and provide instructions for returning or exchanging the product.

        9. What is your policy on thermal nail polish and fading polishes?

        We guarantee our thermals will fully transition for a minimum of 6 months.  Over time, the transition can fade or remain in one state.  While the polish is still perfectly fine to wear, the thermal properties may fade over time.  If this happens and you have had the polish for less than 6 months, we will replace.  

        While rare, some pigments used in polish can fade over time.  We do encourage polish to be stored in a cool dry area, away from harsh lighting and temperatures.  In extreme cases of fading, Monarch Lacquer is committed to replacements if the polish is less than 6 months old.
