Terms and Conditions for Monarch Lacquer Instagram Giveaways - Mix it Mondays

  1. Eligibility: The Monarch Lacquer Instagram Giveaways - Mix it Mondays (the "Giveaways") are open to all individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of Monarch Lacquer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaways.

  2. Entry Period: The Giveaways will take place on Mix it Mondays, and the entry period will last for 24 hours from the time the post is made on Instagram. Entries submitted after the specified entry period will not be considered.

  3. Entry Requirements: To enter the Giveaways, participants must follow Monarch Lacquer on Instagram and comment on the designated Giveaway post with their name ideas as requested. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by Monarch Lacquer at their sole discretion. The selection process will be unbiased and based on Monarch Lacquer's own judgment and preferences. The decision of Monarch Lacquer in selecting the winner will be final and binding.

  5. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on Monarch Lacquer's Instagram page within a reasonable time after the entry period ends. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within a specified timeframe (usually 48 hours), an alternate winner may be chosen.

  6. Prize: The prize for the Giveaways will be determined by Monarch Lacquer and clearly stated in the Giveaway post. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Monarch Lacquer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

  7. Publicity: By entering the Giveaways, participants grant Monarch Lacquer the right to use their Instagram username and any submitted name ideas for promotional purposes related to the Giveaways, without further compensation or notification.

  8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaways, participants release Monarch Lacquer from any and all liability for any loss, harm, or damage incurred as a result of participating in the Giveaways or accepting the prize. Monarch Lacquer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may occur during the entry process.

  9. Instagram Disclaimer: The Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Monarch Lacquer and not to Instagram.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The Giveaways and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monarch Lacquer operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaways shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in the Giveaways, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the terms may result in disqualification from the Giveaways. Monarch Lacquer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaways at any time without prior notice.
