Color Boost touts a unique thin formula and is best applied in 2 coats to create the nail canvas.  The first coat should be applied with a very thin amount of product on the brush.  The first coat will be streaky, this means you are doing it right!  Product should dry quickly.  A second (slightly thicker) thin coat should be applied.  This should yield a white opaque cover, ready to make the color of your choice pop.
